Man wounded in N. Philadelphia shooting

NORTH PHILADELPHIA - May 1, 2009 It happened around 11:20 last night at the intersection of Broad and Hunting Park.

The 28-year-old victim suffered a gunshot wound to his left thigh.

He was rushed by Philadelphia fire medics to Albert Einstein Medical Center. He was deemed a trauma alert with stable vitals while en route.

No word on an arrest or motive for the shooting.
