But District Attorney Mike Green said on Friday that four-year-old Zander Grogan's injuries were consistent with being quote- "violently shaken."
The boy's mother was at work at the time of the incident.

Stepdad charged in toddler death
ALDAN, Pa. - May 1, 2009 - Stephen Fischere of Aldan told police the boy had fallen down a flight of stairs Tuesday night after tripping over a baby seat.
