State police say 20-year-old Walker Cross Jr. of Dover was arrested Thursday while fleeing the scene of a recent burglary. Investigators say Cross and three others had recently burglarized the home and stashed stolen goods in a nearby wooded area. The homeowner called police after observing the four apparently retrieving stolen items from the wooded area.
State police say the three others - 18-year-old Storm R. Winters and two juveniles - were arrested later.
