Person shot in Upper Darby home invasion

One person was shot during a home invasion robbery overnight in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. The robbery happened just before 2:00 a.m. on the 600 block of Briarcliff Road.

Police say two men wearing dark clothing, with 2 silver handguns, stormed the home.

One is described as tall with a long beard - the other suspect was short. Both fled the scene on foot, possibly into Philadelphia.

So far officials will not release the condition of the shooting victim.

Police are investigating.
