MAGNOLIA, Del. (AP) - May 5, 2009
Police say Niki Rains pulled in front of a school bus on Irish
Hill Road at Peachtree Run on Tuesday morning. Troopers arrived at
the crash about 7 a.m.
Rains was wearing a seat belt and has been taken to Kent General
Hospital with serious injuries.
Forty-nine-year-old Robert Upchurch and his 9-year-old child
were the only people on the bus. They weren't injured as the bus
was heading to Postlethwait Middle School.
Police are still investigating and say alcohol wasn't involved.
