Detectives say Taaqi Brown opened fire on a crowd near Crosley and Greenwood streets.
19 year old Aaron Kearney was hit and later died at the hospital.
Back on March 11, police say Donte Brown shot a man near Crossley and Seiferd Streets.
The victim recovered.
