This lady is truly lady luck

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - May 6, 2009

Since September, Bailey has won five West Virginia lotto prizes.

She's totaled more than 167-grand in the Lottery's instant games.

Her latest win is her biggest -- $100,000. She claimed that jackpot yesterday.

Her other lotto winnings range from 50K to $1,000.

West Virginia Lottery officials say they can't recall anyone who's had such a lucky streak.
