2nd confirmed swine flu case in Pa.

NORRISTOWN, Pa. - May 6, 2009 - Officials say this second case was anticipated, and there is no cause for alarm.

The second confirmed case is a 28-year-old male in Lower Merion Township who became ill on April 28 and has since recovered from his illness.

The patient has not traveled in the last month and has had no known contact with ill people.

The Montgomery County Health Department says it is actively searching for possible cases of swine flu and expects to find more.

The Health Dept. says probable and confirmed cases are recommended to self-isolate at their homes and complete appropriate anti-viral treatment.
