The wine's on the house -- when trying on the gown.

There's a new law in Washington state that allows wedding boutiques and art galleries to serve free beer and wine.

The measure will permit one free glass to customers who are of legal drinking age.

And no wine or beer to go. Jittery brides-to-be will have to drink their glass of bubbly on the premises.

The free drink measure goes into effect July 26.
