MIDDLETOWN, Del. - May 8, 2009 - Investigators say Lawrence Holden was babysitting the child in his home in late 2007 when the rape occured.
Holden is charged with Rape 1st, and Unlawful Sexual Contact 1st.
He was arraigned and is being held on $28,000 secured bond.
