Police search for shooter in SW murder

SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA - May 10, 2009 It happened at around 7:00 on the 1600 block of South 54th Street.

A man was shot in the chest and transported to The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania with unstable vitals. He was later pronounced dead.

No word on an arrest at this time. However, police have one person in custody at this time.
