President Barack Obama's national security adviser says the U.S. is not going to end airstrikes in Afghanistan. Retired Marine Gen. James Jones said Sunday the United States will continue to make military decisions based on the best intelligence available. Jones said he's not going to rule out any action because "we can't fight with one hand tied behind our back."

Last week, Afghan President Hamid Karzai said an airstrike may have killed as many as 130 civilians, and he asked that the strikes end.

Jones spoke on ABC's "This Week."
