TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - May 11, 2009
Wilfredo Berrios, Efrain Lynn and Francisco Herrera-Genao were
convicted in December of multiple bank robbery, conspiracy and
weapons counts. A fourth man in the case previously pleaded guilty.
They were arrested in April 2007 when they FBI staked them out
as they robbed a PNC Bank in Readington. FBI Agent Barry Lee Bush
was mistakenly shot and killed by a fellow agent during that
robbery.
The men were not charged with the agent's death. But a judge can
consider it when she sentences them.
