Police say they are looking for two other suspects in the death of Ciara Savage. Ciara was from Lancaster, and was visiting an aunt in York on Sunday. She was playing with other children on a sidewalk when several shots were fired and she was hit.
York County District Attorney Stan Rebert says the gunfire was gang-related and is asking witnesses to come forward.
