Fire that claimed 2 lives ruled accidental

EXETER, Pa. - May 13, 2009 Officials have ruled a fire that happened over the weekend on the 5800 block Oley Turnpike Road in Exeter as accidental.

They say an electrical problem ignited the blaze that killed two children, a 20-month-old and nine-year-old.

At least three people escaped with their lives.
