School Superintendent Ed Fink says school officials have been aware of the allegations since November, when Martin was suspended without pay from Butler Senior High School. That's about 30 miles north of Pittsburgh.
Martin's attorney, Bernard Tully, says there's no indication Martin had any inappropriate physical conduct with either student, a 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl. But he wouldn't comment on the charges.
Martin faces a preliminary hearing June 25.
