Parkside Dollar Plus store hit by fire

PARKSIDE - May 19, 2009 Flames were first reported around 5:25 near the intersection of 40th Street and Girard Avenue.

Firefighters arrived and were able to extinguish the fire.

The 3-store building has apartments attached on the upper floors.

Luckily, there are no reports of injuries.
