Young man shot dead on Phila. street
WEST PHILADELPHIA - May 20, 2009 It happened about 2:15 on Wednesday morning, on the 200 block of South Farragut Street.
The gunman shot the victim -- a man between 18 and 20 years old -- in the head.
He died in the street.
Witnesses say after the shooting the killer sped off in a white van.
So far, investigators have not released the name of the victim, or indicated if they have any suspects or motives in mind.
