Multiple students overdose at Pa. school

WARMINSTER, Pa. - May 20, 2009 - Around 12:15 p.m., medics arrived at William Tennent High School in Warminster for a report of two students who overdosed on an anti-psychotic drug.

They were taken to Abington Hospital.

Then, just after 1:00 p.m., medics were called back to the school for at least one more student who had a bad reaction to the drug.

A school district source tells Action News that a total of four students have been taken to the hospital. It is unknown when the fourth student was transported.

School district officials say all four students are recovering, and are doing fine. The district had no further comment.

It remains unclear exactly what that drug was.
