Fox: will.i.am self-censored on `Boom Boom Pow'
LOS ANGELES (AP) - May 20, 2009
Midway through the song "Boom Boom Pow," TV viewers heard only
silence and saw an "Idol" logo across the screen for a few
moments. A Fox spokesman said it was singer will.i.am's decision to
stay mum, apparently to keep an expletive from airing during
Wednesday's performance.
