Scallop boat recovers body off N.J.

CAPE MAY, N.J. - May 21, 2009 It's near the site where the boat the Lady Mary sank 2 months ago.

The body was found yesterday morning, pulled up in netting near scallop grounds about 60 miles off Cape May.

Authorities wouldn't speculate about the identity of the victim. But two crew members of the Lady Mary remain missing - lost at sea.

The body will be sent to the medical examiner for identification.
