Searchers find missing emergency volunteer

ASTON, Pa. - May 22, 2009 79-year-old Warren Fields was last seen at his home on Virginia Avenue around 3:00 p.m. Thursday. He suffers from Alzheimer's disease, but he was part of both the police and the fire department because he volunteered as a fire police member for years.

The police set up a command post at the Aston Community center on Concord Road.

Just before 7:30 a.m. word came in to the Action News room that Fields had been found. Officials tell Action News that Fields was safe at a friend's house.
