Shooting at Delaware workplace

A workplace argument spilled over into gunfire overnight in Delaware.The incident left one man in the hospital and another man in jail.

State Police say 60-year-old Gerald Walters of Millsboro returned to his workplace at Pinnacle Foods around 4:30 Saturday morning and shot his supervisor, whom he'd been arguing with.

The supervisor is in stable condition with three bullet wounds.

Police say Walters, who was drunk at the time, has been charged with attempted murder and weapons offenses.
