The Bucks County Health Department says they're closely watching three confirmed cases of the measles. All are related and all are said to be under control.

Health officials say the first case involves a school-aged child. The other two cases are related to the first.

All three were unvaccinated.

Action News is also told all three individuals have been isolated and there is no risk to others in the community from these cases.

Measles is a preventable illness, but doctors say recently they've started to see more cases, partly due to fears about vaccines.

CDC officials say vaccines are safe.
