Fifth grader beats the stock market

NEENAH, Wis. (AP) - May 27, 2009

Well, hypothetical money.

While so many adults are stressing over stock ups an downs, some fifth-graders in Neenah, Wisconsin, have turned $100,000 of hypothetical money into more than $203,000.

They did it in 10 weeks.

The kids only invested in 15 financial stocks.

Thirteen of them made money.
