The 52-year-old Tobyhanna man wasn't injured but was taken to a hospital for a blood test when police found him to be under the influence of alcohol following Monday afternoon's incident. Pocono Mountain Regional Police are awaiting the results of the blood test before deciding whether to charge him with driving under the influence.
