He used a car jack to try to pry the garage door of a neighbor's empty house.
But, the door collapsed onto him.
His mother saw his legs sticking out from under the garage door.
She called 9-1-1 when she when couldn't free him.
The boy's not hurt but he now faces trespassing charges.
