WILMINGTON, Del. - May 31, 2009
It happened at 25th and North West Streets.
Police say the officer fired his weapon after a suspect he was chasing reportedly pulled out a gun and pointed it at the officer.
The suspect was shot several times.
He was rushed to Christiana Hospital and is now listed in critical but stable condition.
