Highbee's homicide trial closings expected

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE, N.J. - May 22, 2009 -

Robert Higbee is charged with running a stop sign in Cape May County, and causing a crash that killed sisters Jacqueleen and Christina Becker.

Higbee testified he was concentrating on a speeding car that day in September of 2006, and does not recall the collision.

The case could go to the jury later this week.
