80-year-old carjacked in Bear

An 80-year-old man is the victim of a carjacking, and police are looking for the man who made off with his car.It happened shortly before noon on Tuesday in the parking lot of "Burrito Express" at 707 Pulaski Highway in Bear, Delaware.

Police say the victim was getting into his car when he was approached by the suspect, who told the driver he wanted his car, and threatened to hurt the elderly man if he didn't comply.

Investigators also say the carjacker held his hand in his pocket, as if he had a weapon.

The 80-year-old man got out of his car, the carjacker got in, picked up another man, and drove westbound on Ellen Drive.

The suspect is described as a white man, 38-42 years old, standing 5'7" to 5'10" tall with a light skin tone. He has a small build, decayed teeth, and was unshaven. The man he picked up is only described as a white man.

The victim's car is a blue 2004 Ford Taurus with Delaware license plate KC494.

The man who was carjacked was not hurt.
