Three charged in deadly home invasion

NEW CASTLE - June 4, 2009 - Paul Fisher, 21 and Daniel Schoefield, 19 both of New Castle and Drakkar Briscoe, 20, of Dover are charged with two counts of murder, robbery and related offenses.

The incident happened on Friday, May 29th.

Police say the three entered the home of Adam Reed, 27, on Revelle Street with the intention of stealing his prescription medication.

During the home invasion, police say, Reed attempted to defend himself and was assaulted and shot multiple times.

After the shooting, police say the suspects stole electronics before fleeing on foot.
