Chain reaction crash closes Roosevelt

Officials say a tow truck responding to a crash became involved in the accident scene shortly after 4 a.m. along the construction zone of Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia. TRAVEL LINKS:

Police tell Action News that 4 vehicles crashed at Fox Street overnight in the southbound lanes in the East Falls section of Philadelphia.

The last vehicle in the chain, according to police, was a tow truck that was responding to the crashes of 3 other vehicles.

There were no reports of injuries.

Roosevelt Boulevard has since reopened to traffic.
