Person struck and killed by NJ Transit bus

DELRAN, N.J. - June 8, 2009 It happened around 1:15 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Route 130 near Haines Mill Road in Delran.

The driver of the bus, 39-year-old Anna Prado of Camden, was en route to the bus terminal in Camden when the accident occurred.

There were no passengers on board and the driver sustained no injuries.

No charges have been filed and the investigation is continuing.

Officials have not released the victim's identity.
