Philly police arrest man with practice grenade

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - June 11, 2009 Officer Tania Little says it turned out that the grenade was a practice round.

The man arrested Thursday monring near Ninth and Market streets wasn't charged with a crime. He was taken to a hospital for mental evaluation.
