Delaware State Police say the second man shot in a Newport storage unit has died. Police said Friday that 32-year-old Adrian Arroyo of Wilmington died Thursday at Christiana Hospital.

A person driving through a Newport business park around 1:30 Tuesday morning saw a suspicious car parked outside a storage unit. The person saw two people with gunshot wounds on the ground inside the storage unit and called police.

When officers arrived, 24-year-old Jose Ramos of New Castle was dead. Arroyo had also been shot. Police don't have a motive in Ramos' killing but say drugs might have been involved. An autopsy is planned.

Citizens who might have seen anyone speeding in the 300 block of Falco Drive around 11:30 p.m. Monday night are asked to call police.
