WHAT: Mummers Weekend

Colorful costumes hit North Wildwood as Mummers Brigade Weekend takes over. 2nd and Olde New Jersey Avenue is the place to be Saturday at 4:30 for a parade. Part of this year's fun: the top seven brigades from Philadelphia's New Year's Day parade. Then following the strut, a block party will stroll and dance on Olde NJ Ave from 6:30 till 8:00 p.m. A bonus, this event is all FREE!

WHAT: Bay Days
WHERE: Port Norris & Mauricetown, New Jersey
WHEN: Saturday 11-7 Port Norris / Sunday Noon-5 Mauricetown

Head off the boardwalk and hit the Delaware Bay! Bay Days is the largest FREE festival in the region. You'll find contests, great seafood, ride on the tall ship AJ Meerwald, try kayaking, sailing, games for kids, and much more all free! Hit Port Norris on Saturday from 11am-7pm and Mauricetown Sunday noon to 5. Guaranteed to be a great time!

WHEN: Saturday 10 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

The US Coast Guard promotes boating safety and tomorrow they're opening their doors to the public. From 10 a.m. till 1 p.m. at the Atlantic City US Coast Guard Auxiliary, enjoy games, tours, and demonstrations. If your little one enjoys the open seas and boating, this is the place to speak with the experts.
