Search for Citizens Bank robber

Police are searching for a man who robbed the Market Street Citizens Bank.According to authorities, at approximately 11:10 a.m. Saturday, a man entered the store and made a verbal demand for money and threatened to be armed.

The man then fled the bank after obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash. There were no injuries. The subject may have red dye stains on his skin or clothes.

The subject is described as a black male, 30's, 5'-9", medium build, light complex, curly dark hair, thick beard and mustache, brown eyes, tan jacket and blue jeans.

This male subject is also believed to be responsible for the June 12 robbery of the Bank of America Branch located at 1600 JFK Blvd, Philadelphia, PA.

This subject is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000 or the Philadelphia Police Department. There may be a reward available for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of this subject. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
