Funerals are planned in Philadelphia this week for a woman and three young children struck and killed on a sidewalk by a car whose driver was fleeing from police. Services will be held Tuesday for 6-year-old Aaliyah Griffin. Seven-year-old Gina Marie Rosario will be buried Thursday after her funeral. Twenty-two-year-old Latoya Smith and her 11-month-old daughter, Remedy Smith, will be buried on Friday.

Two men were arrested after the crash.

Police believe 20-year-old Ivan Rodriguez jumped out of a car, hijacked a motorcycle and drove off on it before his stepbrother, 18-year-old Donte Craddock, sped off in the car.

Rodriguez is charged with murder and other crimes. Craddock remains hospitalized and has not been arraigned.
