Emergency landing for Philly-bound plane

LOS ANGELES - June 15, 2009 - United Airlines Flight 192 safely returned to Los Angeles International Airport shortly after takeoff, when the pilot reported a flight control issue involving the rudder.

127 people were onboard.

The flight was scheduled to take of again for Philadelphia late Monday afternoon.
