Man suffers 2 broken legs in hit and run

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA - June 16, 2009 The 35-year-old victim was struck just past midnight at the intersection of Rhawn on the northbound outer lanes of the Roosevelt Boulevard.

He was taken to Torresdale Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

Police are looking for a red Honda Accord.
