Castilao was on his way home Friday night after working an event at the West Shore Country Club when he realized a folder with his $3,000 payment was missing. Castilao drove back to the club, spent the night in the parking lot and began looking for the money in the morning, but neither he nor the club employees could find it.
Meanwhile in Camp Hill, police Officer Lane Prior was getting ready to track speeders when he spotted the airborne bills and found the missing folder. Prior tracked down Castilao and returned the cash.
