Flames hit the 10th floor of a high rise building on the 900 block of North 7th Street in North Philadelphia.

Firefighters say they found hazy smoke on the 10th floor of the building and they started evacuating the building at about 6:20a.m.

Officials now tell Action News that the person who lived in the apartment where the fire started needed treatment for smoke inhalation.

Drives should expect traffic delays in the area.
