The server chased them out the door.
But one of the women lost control of a Mercury Cougar as they drove away, and crashed through the IHOP's wall.
Police cited 19-year-old Ashanti Barber at the scene.
Her father says she had $200 in cash on her.
He says it was her friends' idea to skip out on the bill.
