Police say he drove up to the delivery location to see one of the suspects standing on a step. Luna-Neito went to give the man the food, and was approached from behind by a second suspect with a gun.
The gunman stolen $150 and a phone from the driver, then shot him in the back.
Both suspects then fled on foot.
Luna-Neito was last reported in stable condition at Jefferson University Hospital.
The victim works for J & J Pizza at 9th and Federal Streets.
