Boy reunited with family; no charges planned

Bensalem Police have located the family of a little boy found early Thursday morning.The boy was discovered at approximately 7:15 this morning sitting under a tree at Bristol and Richlieu Roads.

Bensalem Police tell Action News that the boy apparently got out of the house when one of his family members got up to go to work and left the door unlocked. When officers determined where the boy lived, they went to his home and found his other family members still there asleep.

Police say they do not plan to file any charges.
