1 killed, 6 injured in bar shooting

Gunfire rang out inside of a packed bar early Sunday morning, killing one person and injuring 6 others. The shooting occurred around 1:15 inside of La Quinta Restaurant and Bar located in the 4500 block of North 5th Street in Philadelphia's Feltonville section.

Police arrived to find patrons screaming and running for cover. When the dust settled 4 victims were found injured inside of the bar. 3 others showed up at the hospital seeking medical assistance.

A 35-year-old man was pronounced dead at Einstein Medical Center.

A man in his 20's is listed in critical condition at Temple University Hospital after being shot in the stomach.

2 other men in their 30's and another man in his 20's are listed in stable condition at Temple with various gunshot wounds.

A woman in her 20's is stable at Temple with a gunshot wound to the foot and a woman in her 30's is stable at Temple with a gunshot wound to her leg.

Police are combing over the bar and have taken several patrons in to interview in an attempt to find out what sparked the shooting.
