NORRISTOWN, Pa. - June 24, 2009 Prosecutors accused Thomas Daley of secretly videotaping 34 of his tenants over the past 20 years.
In a hearing lasting less than 5 minutes this morning in Montgomery County court, Daley admitted he installed hidden cameras inside his Norristown apartments.
He could be sentenced to as much as 151 years in prison, though that is unlikely.
