Body found near Rehoboth Beach

Delaware State Police are investigating the death of a man whose body appears to have washed up on a beach just south of Rehoboth.The body was discovered just after 12:30 a.m. south of Prospect Avenue.

The man is described as either a black male with a light complexion or a Hispanic man.

He was fully clothed, and is believed to be in his late 20s or early 30s.

The man is about 5'7" tall and had the word "evil" with a red line diagonally across it tattooed on his left forearm.

The man had no identification on him.

Anyone who may have any information about the man's identity is asked to contact the state police at 302-856-5850.
