NEWARK, Del. - June 28, 2009
Police tell Action News, a large group of people began arguing around 1:00 a.m. in the parking lot of the Meadowood II shopping center. That's when one man pulled out a gun and opened fire, hitting another man twice.
The victim, identified as 23-year-old Anthony Chandler of New Castle, was shot in the head. He was rished to Christiana Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Police are questioning several people, but have not made an arrest.
