Cement truck overturns in Chester Co.

It happened just before 1:00pm in Thorndale.

A cement truck overturned and blocked the highway.

Route 30 bypass was shut down in the westbound lanes at Reeceville Rd.

One minor injury has been reported.

It has not been determined what caused the accident at this time.
